Jewelry Store

Situation: A single, local jewelry store selling high end jewelry including engagement rings, one of a kind estate pieces and designs by local, National and WW artists.  They have a very loyal customer base of elite New Orleans socialites because of the personalized service offered by the sales team but needed to branch out to attract new customers.

The message: The original focus was “Jewelry as Art”, but recently we changed the approach to feel more accessible.  The current main message is “A gift for everyone!”

Tactics: We use email and high-end print to garner loyalty and advocacy from existing customers.  We use Social, Digital and Outdoor to build awareness amongst tourists and millennials.         

Achievements: Before we began working with this client, sales were consistent and traffic came from regular customers.  They’re marketing budget was 100% spent in high end print publications catering to their base with no effort to attract new shoppers.  We launched a multiple touch point plan using digital search, social media, outdoor and email to introduce the store to a broader audience and helped launch their online store and sales have doubled.
